How long does my order take to ship?

Local delivery of all orders are made on Fridays, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm a delivery time since the artwork will only be delivered if someone is home. For any questions please contact me artrachelc@gmail.com

Where do you ship? 

Currently only local shipping and pick up is offered to the Greater Montreal Area. Deliveries will all be made on Friday with a specific time window to ensure the safe arrival of your art. Pick ups are on the south shore of Montreal and a confirmation address and time will be confirmed with you.

Please note that if you pass an order and you are not in our delivery or pick up zone you will be refunded your order minus the processing fees.

We hope to offer Canada and US shipping shortly. Please email ArtRachelc@gmail.com with any questions about shipping.

What is your return policy? 

As a fine art website we do not offer refunds for our products. All sales are final, and we encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before making a transaction. We take pride in the quality of our artwork and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific piece of art, please contact us before making your purchase. We are happy to provide additional information and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your understanding.

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.
